Due to their expertise, SFA convinced the investor that they should sell all the assets at a gain so as to avoid the coming collapse. The investor followed this advice and a few months later the entire market collapsed. SFA’s quick thinking and immense knowledge of the markets helped this investor avoid a major disaster. SFA was right. This is something that cannot be taught, but rather can only be learned through a lifetime of dedication, strict discipline, and active investing.
